I’ve tried to cover everything, but the most important thing to know is that I’m a small, one-person studio. Every piece is made, packed, and shipped by me personally. Sometimes things may take a little longer than I’d hope, and occasional mistakes can happen. Your patience and kindness mean the world to me - thank you!
Shipping
I strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, but as a small, one-person business, it may occasionally take a few days to prepare your parcel, especially during busy periods. If there are any delays from the studio, I’ll be in touch to keep you updated.
Delivery Times: Domestic orders typically arrive within 7 business days. International orders may take up to 15 business days.
Shipping Notifications: You’ll receive an email from our courier once your order is on its way.
Customs and Taxes: For international orders, please note that customs fees or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges may need to be paid when you collect your parcel.
Lost or Damaged Parcels: If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me, and I’ll do my best to assist.
Contact Details: Occasionally, I may need additional information to ensure your parcel is delivered correctly.

Returns Policy
I aim to ensure your satisfaction with every order, but should an issue arise, here’s how returns are handled:
Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are accepted for items in brand-new, unused condition. Please contact me within 5 working days of receiving your item to arrange a return.
If I’ve sent the wrong item (a rare occurrence), I’ll work with you to provide a replacement or refund.
How to Return:
Before returning any item, please email me at hello@jamesstanleywatson.com to receive the return address and further instructions.
Keep and use the original packaging to securely repackage the item. When packing, give the box a gentle shake - if you hear or feel movement, it’s not secure enough and may be at risk of damage during transit.
Important Notes:
Items must be returned in a saleable condition. Refunds cannot be issued for items that arrive broken or damaged due to insufficient packaging.
The cost of return shipping is your responsibility. I recommend using an insured, tracked, and recorded delivery service to protect against loss or damage.
Original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Process:
Once I receive the returned item in good condition, I’ll contact you to confirm and issue a full refund (minus original shipping costs).

Care Instructions
My ceramics are handmade, making them more delicate than industrially manufactured items. While they are crafted to be enjoyed in everyday use, they do require extra care to ensure their longevity:
Cleaning: Hand washing is recommended to preserve the integrity of the glaze and material.
Microwave Use: Avoid using the microwave if possible, as prolonged exposure to heat can weaken handmade ceramics over time.
Staining Prevention: To prevent staining, avoid using strongly pigmented foods or liquids with your pots. Wash promptly after use and avoid leaving liquids in them overnight.
Durability: Handmade ceramics are less durable than factory-made wares and should be treated with care.
Note on Variations: Each piece is handmade, so slight variations in size, shape, or finish are to be expected and add to their unique charm. If an item has a quantity option, there may be subtle differences between pieces. For single listings, the item will match the photo.
